For better or for worse, the better part of real estate in the Tampa Bay area are still engaged in short selling real estate properties.  Buyer’s throughout the area are getting fed up with the process of working with these mysterious affairs.  Seller’s are literally turning over the outcome of the workouts to 3rd party after 3rd party.

Believe me, there is NO PARTY!
